    In the year 2000, he founded the firm Gim\u00e9nez & Asociados Abogados, SC in the firm that, since its constitution, has provided legal services to national and foreign companies, as well as private cases, being an advisor and litigating civil and commercial law cases.<\/p>\n

    As a founding partner, Gim\u00e9nez & Asociados Abogados, SC, has been recognized by several entities such as the Latin American Quality Institute for outstanding legal services in 2012, 2014, and 2016. The firm has also received the Diamond Quality Award from The Best Lawyers organization in their 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 issues.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    2004, he graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana with a Law degree.<\/p>\n

    2008, he specialized in Commercial Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho.<\/p>\n

    2009, he instructed courses on Commercial Companies, Titles and Credit Operations, and Procedural Law for four years at Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.<\/p>\n

    2011, Phi Delta Phi honored him with the title of Honorary Professor at their Burgoa Inn Chapter, an accolade given to exceptional educators.<\/p>\n

    2012, he was designated as a Consulting Professor by the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education.<\/p>\n

    2020, The Best Lawyers of Mexico publication acknowledged his exemplary performance, recognizing him as an outstanding lawyer.<\/p>\n

    In 2024, he earned a Master\u2019s degree in Public Law from Abat Oliba CEU University in Barcelona.<\/p>\n

    In 2024, he is in the fourth semester of the Doctorate in Law at Universidad Panamericana.<\/p>\n

    He has been a presenter at the National Law Congress of Universidad Panamericana in the years 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2021, addressing diverse topics including: Industrial Property Rights Licensing Contracts, Abusive Clauses in Bank Credit Contracts, Teleconferencing for Partner and Shareholder Meetings, and Lifting the Corporate Veil.<\/p>\n

    He has also lectured at other educational institutions such as the Technological Institute of Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n de La Paz, Baja California, Global Lawyers Corporation LATAM, and the University of the Americas Puebla, addressing civil and commercial obligations, and instructing civil law seminars.<\/p>\n

    He co-authored the book \u201cCommercial Law Studies Tribute to Dr. Salom\u00f3n Vargas Garc\u00eda,\u201d published by Tirant lo Blanch in 2016.<\/p>\n
